Zumba Fitness

Are you ready to join the party and let it move you? That's what Zumba Fitness is all about! Zumba is Latin-inspired dance fitness with a mix of music and dance moves from Latin America, the US, and around the globe. When you step on the dance floor, you can expect to hear great, danceable music. I'll give you non-verbal cues to make it easy to just enjoy the music and follow along. So come have fun and get fit at the same time! WEPA!

Zumba Toning
​
Zumba Toning is all the fun of Zumba plus toning sticks (1- to 2.5-pound maracas) to help kick up your workout to another level! Some of the moves are slower to allow for controlled muscle toning, and I may throw in extra squats and lunges, but you will always get your groove on and dance, too!

Resistance Band Training (new for 2023!)
​
Do this workout anytime, anywhere for life to strengthen your muscles and bones and improve your balance! The moves are simple but effective. There is no cardio, jumping, floor work, squats, or lunges. All you need is a short, continuous loop "booty band" and a long continuous loop band. Any bands can work, but these two are recommended. RBT is a perfect complement to all the dance fitness interval training we do. RBT is offered twice a week for 30 minutes after 30 minutes of dance fitness. PLUS, it's set to instrumental covers of songs you'll recognize. I'm a 90s kid, so we'll definitely take a trip back to that decade and other eras with great music, too!

Bollywood Fitness is an incredibly effective, fun, epic dance party with Bollywood, Bhangra, Indian Folk, and Western tunes and tons of desi style and flavor!
